THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE $120/Hour
Our flagship service! Therapeutic massage is for the purposes of addressing chronic pain, athletic performance, and rehabilitating injuries in collaboration with other providers. Therapeutic modalities used in this session will be determined by your therapist and may include trigger point, myofascial release, craniosacral, reflexology, lymphatic drainage, deep tissue, sports, medical, oncology, prenatal, neuromuscular therapy, percussion, contrast, hydrotherapy, cupping, active release, and/or facilitated stretching. This session is “Therapist’s Choice” where the therapist uses a blend of various advanced modalities that they believe are best to help you achieve your goals.
RELAXATION MASSAGE $100/Hour
Relaxation (Swedish) massage includes massage therapy for the purposes of relaxation, self-care, and stress reduction. No therapeutic modalities will be utilized in this session. You may choose light, medium, or firm pressure. Aromatherapy may be added to this service by request, free of charge.
MYOFASCIAL RELEASE SESSION $150/Hour
Myofascial Release uses specific techniques to stretch and repair the connective tissue between your muscles (fascia). It helps your body heal properly from a range of injuries and restore range of motion.
We use the John Barnes Method of Myofascial Release, which is a specific approach to MFR that yields amazing outcomes for our clients.
MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE MASSAGE $150/Hour
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart.
This service is NOT the same service used for post-operative recovery requiring manual lymphatic drainage of surgical wounds, and is NOT appropriate for individuals recovering from recent surgeries.
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE $150/Hour
Designed to remove severe pain and balance muscle tension on the skeleton, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.
SPORTS MASSAGE $150/Hour
Sports massage uses a variety of massage techniques designed to help your body feel freer and stronger. It is particularly great for those with active lifestyles, including amateur and professional athletes of all ages. This service is usually performed wearing athletic attire and focuses on identifying and correcting key muscle imbalances and incorporates recommendations for corrective exercises you can do during training to increase athletic performance.
SOFT TISSUE MOBILIZATION (IASTM) SESSION $150/Hour
Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), also called “scraping,” helps loosen fascial adhesions and mobilize soft tissues to help the skin and muscles glide properly, reducing referral pain and restricted range of motion (ROM) in the body. This service can be more uncomfortable than our John Barnes MFR service, but may yield faster results. We use a gentle approach that does not cause intense bruising and discoloration.
TEEN ATHLETE MASSAGE $200/Session
Sports massage uses a variety of massage techniques designed to help your body feel freer and stronger. It can improve athletic performance, reduce the risk of injury, and facilitate healing after injuries or intense competitions. Designed for child athletes (ages 8-18) to address pain issues emerging in athletic practice/performances. Parent/athlete education provided throughout the duration of the session. Parent must be present at all times if child is less than 16 years old.
FACILITATED STRETCH SESSION $60/Hour
Increases flexibility, reduces muscle tension, and increases range of motion. No massage therapy is performed during this session unless combined with another appointment. Your therapist will assist in gently deepening stretches and ensure proper alignment to enhance effectiveness and minimize the risk of strain. This is a great complement to massage therapy or an ideal standalone treatment for anyone looking to improve overall mobility and body awareness.
REFLEXOLOGY MASSAGE $150/Hour
Reflexology is a technique that focuses on specific pressure points within your feet to help correct energy flows throughout your body. During this session, reflexology will be integrated into your therapeutic massage service to help bring you much needed relief.
ONCOLOGY MASSAGE $150/Hour
Oncology massage is a therapeutic service that can help people battling cancer or with a recent history of cancer to improve their quality of life. This service can help with a variety of symptoms and side effects, including pain, fatigue, anxiety, nausea, depression, and lack of appetite. Our providers who perform this service are certified in Oncology Massage, undergoing specialized training to perform this service safely for our clients who have complex medical needs during this time in their lives.
PRENATAL/HIGH RISK PRENATAL MASSAGE $150/Hour
Pregnancy/Prenatal massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially-placed bolsters and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.
STUDENTS ONLY - PROFESSIONAL MENTORING $25/Hour
For LMT students who want to gain more confidence before starting internship/getting licensed. Ask questions/get feedback about your routine, boost your confidence, and get your career questions answered by licensed LMTs already established in the field about life as a therapist, starting and marketing your own massage therapy practice, and more. This session does not teach or tutor on any part of the TDLR regulated 500-hour foundational massage therapy program, this session focuses on what to expect in life and career after finishing school.

MOBILE OUTCALL $150/Hour
Available for our well-established clients who demonstrate a documented medical need for these services. We offer mobile outcall for massage therapy inside your home, within a 20 mile radius of the clinic. For additional information or to request that we help you schedule outcall services, send us an email request that includes the medical documentation to demonstrate necessity of in-home services, and we will coordinate treatment for you or your loved one.

We have several options to choose from to enhance your massage therapy session.
- RENPHO PERCUSSION THERAPY: Helps pinpoint tough to treat tension areas prior to starting your massage service to help your therapist reach deeper muscles previously inhibited by trigger points or myofascial adhesions. Adds $25 to your session total.
- GLIDING OR STATIC CUPPING: Helps drive the blood to the surface of the skin/superficial muscles to stimulate the body’s natural healing response, creates space between the skin and the fascia, and stimulates the flushing of toxins and lymph. Adds $30 to your session total.
- CBD CREAM: Adds in the use of CBD Clinic’s Topical CBD Cream utilizing Charlotte’s Web CBD. Take home any extras! Adds $30 to your session total.
- NUTRIENT DENSE "BODY SHOTS”: Enhance the benefits of your massage session by adding a nutrient dense “Body Shot,” which is a “shot glass” sized portion of specialty oils to enhance the benefits of your massage service. Options include the “Beauty Shot” (nourishes the skin), the “Fungal Shot” (detoxes the skin from mold), or the “Inflammation Shot” (reduces inflammation and soreness). Take home any extras! Ingredients list available in the clinic to review prior to adding. Adds $30 to your session total.
- CHILDREN'S MINI SESSION: For children aged 3-10 years old. This adds a 30-minute mini-session for your child that starts after your session ends. You can also learn soothing techniques to use at home! Linens are not changed prior to the child’s session. Parent/guardian must be present in the room for the full duration of the service. Adds $35 to your session total.
- AROMATHERAPY: You can choose the essential oils of your choice for any session, absolutely FREE!
