RELAXATION MASSAGE $100/Hour

Relaxation (Swedish) massage includes massage therapy for the purposes of relaxation, self-care, and stress reduction. No therapeutic modalities will be utilized in this session. You may choose light, medium, or firm pressure. No therapeutic modalities will be utilized in this session, including deep tissue.

THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE $120/Hour

Therapeutic massage is for the purposes of addressing chronic pain, gait/mobility issues, athletic performance, and rehabilitating some acute soft tissue injuries. Includes modalities like deep tissue, trigger point, sports, reflexology, myofascial release, and acupressure -- session is customized to your individual needs.

ADVANCED CLINICAL MASSAGE $150/Hour

Advanced clinical massage is for the purposes of addressing chronic pain, gait/mobility issues, athletic performance, rehabilitating some acute soft tissue injuries, and other cases that require more intensive care. Includes modalities like Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM - also known as "scraping"), cupping, prenatal and high risk prenatal, oncology, lymphatic massage (NON-POST SURGICAL), and more complex medical cases -- session is customized for your individual needs.
