Karen Oakes, LMT

Hi there! My name is Karen Oakes, and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Texas specializing in the John Barnes Method of Myofascial Release. I completed my foundational massage therapy training through the Texas School of Massage, and received my license to practice massage therapy in the State of Texas in May 2023. I have lived with chronic pain the majority of my life, and it had given me a tremendous passion for helping others with their pain symptoms as well. I am a therapist at Hand and Stone Massage in Webster, TX, and I also have my own private practice in Pearland, TX called Tranquil Oakes Massage and Myofascial Release.

I joined the Interstellar Massage clinic in November 2024 to expand my book of business and offer my MFR sessions to the Nassau Bay area. I am certified in Reflexology, Hot Stone, Himalayan Salt Stones, Body Wraps, Theragun Percussion Therapy, Cold Stone Facial Massage, and Prenatal Massage. I also have experience in Therapeutic and Deep Tissue Massage. I am passionate about my career and continue to attend advanced training courses to develop my skills as a therapist, and I cannot wait to show you all the amazing things I have learned!
