Bailey Mier-Nava, LMT & Founder

Hi there! My name is Bailey Mier-Nava, and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Texas specializing in therapeutic massage as well as the Founder of Interstellar Massage, a therapeutic massage clinic in the Greater Houston Metro Area. I completed my 500-Hour Basic Massage Therapy instruction and internship with the Texas School of Massage in November 2023. I received my license to practice massage therapy in the state of Texas in December 2023. I founded Interstellar Massage in December of 2023 as a mobile massage business, and I recently celebrated the Grand Opening of our first brick-and-mortar clinic in Webster, TX on October 18, 2024.

As I build our clinic, I continue to study advanced massage techniques and modalities in order to broaden my clients' experiences and enhance my skillset. Some of the specialized modalities I am either currently studying, have recently certified in, or will certify in soon, include trigger point, myofascial release, craniosacral, sports massage, and medical massage. While I already possess some basic experience in most of these areas, over the next few years I am planning to complete several training and certification programs to fully develop these techniques further.

I am also working closely with the Interstellar Massage team to coordinate organization-wide advanced training in sports massage and other therapeutic techniques to help broaden all of our skillsets and form a foundation of deeper understanding of the fascial system in the body.

As all of our therapists continue to grow and pursue other advanced massage therapy modalities that fit their interests and strengths along their careers, this foundational knowledge will serve as a solid base for building well rounded perspectives and understandings of the human body and how the muscles, fascia, bones, and organ systems work together. It is in this way that we are approaching the formation of a team of elite therapists capable of taking chronic pain relief and therapeutic massage to new professional heights.
